Anyone have ideas how to view captured security spy videos when away from the home network?  I can see the thumbnails but when I click on them the video never plays. Thanks,

Can't set up notification on my iPhone after following instructions, it says I'm supposed to get a verification message & it may go to spam box. Well I've gone through process twice & haven't received any messages whatsoever, so now I'm unable to receive notifications of anyone contacting me on GV???

I have another app I use to make calls with google voice because it has a direct call feature. I can call a contact from the app and it dials the contact directly but my gv number pops up on their caller ID and not my actually cell number. Does your app have this too? Because if it does, I haven't been able to find it.

I used to be able to put pictures for my contacts in the app and now I can't. Does the feature no longer work or am I doing something incorrectly? I deleted the app and downloaded it back and it made no difference.

I am having a problem with authentication and my outgoing Caller ID is displaying my IPhone number vs my Google Number. I have attempted to provision the settings with no luck. The only session that will work is the one selecting the IPhone.

GV Mobile + / Authentication Problem error message

GV Mobile + v3.2
iOS 9.21 (13D15)

When I swipe to update, I get a red band across the top of the app with this error message:

Authentication Problem: invalid password or expired authentication token.


I recently changed the password on that Google account; I can't find a place to change the password in GV Mobile. I've updated the password in the phone's Settings.Mail, Contacts, Calendars.[account].Account.Outgoing Mail Server.[Gmail smtp server].Password (which is the only place I can find on the phone to enter the password).

How can I solve this problem?

GV Mobile + / Notification on iPhone 6 of text messages in GV Mobile + v3.2

I can not seem to get GV Mobile + v3.2 to give me notifications when I receive a text message.  I have looked into the setting on the app as well as sounds and notifications on the settings of my iPhone 6. Can someone help?

Please ensure you are using the latest version.
The app currently has 2 login prompts - the first one is for VoIP only and the second one is for the rest of the app. If you do not use the VoIP calling method, you can leave the first login prompt blank.
If you are using 2 step/factor authentication, please make sure you use an App Password for the first login prompt only.
Also, because Google doesn't provide secure authentication APIs for Google Voice, you must enable "Allow less secure apps" option on your Google account.
